Fairly clean and huge venue with nice views.

Loved the place, had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Our double room came with with four beds, functioning TVs, as example.

Exceptionally courteous staff, generous breakfast.

So glad we choose it, it's fine base for staying in Mecca.

It's well-equipped place to stay 3 km away from Abraj al Bait Mall Towers.

Our room was fantastic with the best bathroom and an above average breakfast. Good service from the excellent co-operating, caring staff members.

prime location and scenic place. the beds were incredible, i slept well. the continental breakfast was large with a good choice of food. no complaints whatsoever, this was an unforgettable experience here.

My room was huge and there is absolutely superb breakfast. Bed was amazing, I enjoyed it. There were excellent pool, convenient parking, nevertheless I liked hotel's captivating views more.

Well furnished room, particularly good location, the most important - humble staff. And it also had stunningly beautiful view. There was a small restaurant, the shops and the markets next door. With fast check-in and late check-out, this hotel was impressive. Moreover, free wifi was provided for the duration of my really really nice stay.

Flexible staff, brilliant location, common and silent rooms. Very good breakfast, top-notch service. Glorious view of city. The pool was good and the garden - lovely.

Funny staff, incredible service, outstanding views. Perfect beds, air conditioning, coffee and WiFi were a nice touch. Nice hot breakfast with lots of choices. Easy check-out was useful.

All in all, I spend my time comfortably. Hotel provides shuttle too. They have on-site restaurant called Al Multaqa.

There was no hair dryer.

I had a brilliant stay here, great value. The venue was spotless and the staff were professional! Well-stocked hotel with a central location. I got free upgrade and liked it.

The breakfast they served was limited, hope one day it will be better.
